Who to contact

For privacy enquiries, contact Khali Kalpa-Young, founder of Alchymie, at khali@alchymie.ai.

What we collect and why

Website visits and analytics

If you allow analytics, Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics help us understand visits, pages viewed, approximate location, referral source, and browser or device information so we can improve the site. Google Analytics may set _ga cookies. Vercel Analytics is designed to operate without cookies and reports aggregated usage data. Analytics stays off until you choose it.

Booking a conversation

The booking calendar is provided by Calendly. It does not load until you allow embedded services or choose “Load booking calendar.” When loaded, Calendly may receive technical data such as your IP address and device information and may use cookies or local storage. Information you enter into the booking form is processed by Calendly to arrange and manage the meeting. If you later withdraw this choice, Calendly stops loading on this site; cookies already set by Calendly may remain until they expire or you clear them in your browser.

AI assistant

If you use the Alchymie Advisor, we process the messages you send, technical information used for security and rate limiting, and any contact details you choose to include. If you provide a public website address, the assistant may retrieve publicly available pages from that site to make its response more relevant.

Messages and relevant public research context are sent to OpenRouter and AI model providers to generate a response. Website research may also use Firecrawl. Conversation records are stored with Upstash for up to 90 days to support operator review and follow-up and help us understand enquiries. The stored record includes a pseudonymous session identifier derived from your IP address, but not the raw IP address itself. If the assistant offers a booking link during an established conversation, a briefing may be sent to Khali through Telegram. It can include contact details you provided, qualification signals inferred from the conversation, and short excerpts from your three most recent messages.

Please do not put sensitive personal information, confidential client information, health information, passwords, or payment details into the assistant.

Newsletter

If you subscribe, your email address is sent to Kit to manage the mailing list and send the updates you requested. You can unsubscribe using the link in an email or contact us directly.

Training interest and Soul Codes

If you use a training interest form, we may collect your name, email, website or social link, location or timezone, and the reflections you choose to provide so Khali can respond to your enquiry. The form may use Cloudflare Turnstile as a necessary anti-abuse check. If you later join a Soul Codes program, any birth data or personal material requested for that service is handled through the separate Soul Codes service and the information provided to you at that point.

Hosting, security and logs

Vercel hosts this website and may process technical request and error logs to deliver, diagnose and secure it. We also use IP-based rate limits to protect the AI assistant from misuse. Your raw IP address is not kept in the stored conversation record.

Who we share information with

We disclose information only where needed to operate the website, provide a service you request, secure our systems, or meet legal obligations. Depending on what you use and allow, providers include Vercel, Google Analytics, Calendly, Kit, OpenRouter and its selected model providers, Upstash, Firecrawl, Telegram, Cloudflare, and the separate Soul Codes service where relevant.

Overseas processing

Several of these providers operate in the United States and other countries. This means information may be processed outside Australia under the provider’s contractual and security arrangements. If you prefer not to use an optional embedded service, reject it and contact us by email instead.

How long we keep information

AI assistant conversation records are kept for up to 90 days. Booking, correspondence and subscriber information is kept for as long as it is needed to manage the relationship, meet legal obligations, or until you ask us to remove it where applicable. Analytics and service-provider records follow the retention settings and obligations of those systems.

Your choices and rights

You can accept or reject optional analytics and embedded services, and change that choice at any time using “Privacy choices” in the footer. You may also ask what personal information we hold about you, request access or correction, or ask us to delete information where we do not need to retain it.

Questions or complaints

Email khali@alchymie.ai with enough detail for us to investigate. We will acknowledge and respond within a reasonable period. If you are not satisfied, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
