Help with the Alchymie app.

What the app is

The Alchymie app is where you talk with your organisation’s assistant. You are invited into a workspace, and from your phone you can read and send messages in its rooms and start a voice call with the assistant.

How to get help

Email hello@alchymie.ai. It helps if you tell us what you were doing, what you expected, and what happened instead. A screenshot is welcome. Please do not send passwords.

How quickly we reply

We reply within two working days, usually sooner. We are based in Australia, so a message sent overnight in your time zone may be answered in our morning.

Delete your account

In the app, open Settings and choose “Delete my account”. You will be asked to confirm, and then your account and its data are deleted. If you no longer have the app, email hello@alchymie.ai with the subject “Delete my account”, from the email address you were invited with, and we will confirm when it is done. You can also ask us what we hold about you.
